    Blend of Grenache and Syrah carefully hand picked from plot selection. Long maceration and extraction by gentle punching down. The juices are vinified in wooden vats. The blend is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is aged for another 12 months in stainless steel vats and lightly filtered before bottling.

    A fresh and elegant Chateauneuf du Pape which sublimates the fruity character of Grenache of this unique terroir.

    This rich, elegant Cuvée is perfect with red meats grilled or stewed, venison and bull meat.

Vinified in concrete tank and aged 12 months in old barrels, our Crozes-Hermitage is a complex and elegant wine offering a silky mouth that is expressed through round and melted tannins over a controlled power.

    This Cairanne comes from plot selections of the best terroirs of the appellation. The harvest is destemmed then vinified under controlled temperature for 15 to 20 days. The wine is then aged 10 to 12 months in concrete tanks to keep all of its fruit.

Harvested at night or early morning, the berries are gently pressed and cold fermented under temperature controlled to keep the fruitiness. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tank.

    A rich and balanced Costieres de Nimes white with a captivating nose with aromas of almonds, pear in syrup and notes of candied lemon. The mouth is full and fruity with a fresh finish.

The berries are harvested at full ripeness and the fermentation is made under temperature control conditions in stainless vats for two weeks with daily pumping over. The juices are separately aged 3 month before blending. The wine is then aged minimum 12 month before bottling.

    A pleasure wine to enjoy in its youth with beef BBQ, Mediterranean and Asian food, matured cheese, or dark chocolate.
