The Wines

Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Red 2020 - OrganicA blend of Grenache and Syrah grapes from selected plots, carefully hand-picked. Long maceration and extraction by gentle punching down. The juice is vinified in wooden vats. The blend is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is aged for another 12 months in stainless steel tanks and lightly filtered at bottling.
A fresh and elegant Châteauneuf du Pape that sublimates the sweet fruity character of Grenache and this unique terroir.
A wine to be kept or enjoyed young, perfect for grilled or braised red meats, game and bull meat.

Crozes-Hermitage
Red 2019 - Organic conversionThe 12 ha vineyard in organic conversion is located on the gentle slopes overlooking the Rhône. A very well-balanced Cru, a sunny cuvée in which our passion for the terroir and the meticulous work of the Syrah so emblematic of the Northern Rhone Valley is expressed. Vinified in concrete tanks and aged for 12 months in old barrels, our Crozes-Hermitage is ucomplex and elegant wine with a silky mouth that expresses itself through round and melted tannins on a controlled power.

Gigondas
Red 2018The vineyard is located on the vast alluvial terraces that stretch out at the foot of the famous Dentelles de Montmirail.This Gigondas is vinified in concrete tanks in the pure tradition to keep all the freshness of the fruit. A ruby red color and a very expressive, rich and complex nose offer aromas of blackberry, raspberry and licorice. Its mouth is round and fruity, well structured but silky with notes of spices and pepper.An elegant wine of character, perfect to accompany grilled or roasted meats, specially game meat and spicy cuisine. -
Vacqueyras
Red 2019 - OrganicThe vineyard is located in one of the most qualitative areas of the appellation. The grapes are harvested manually and the wine is aged only in concrete tanks to keep all the purity of the fruit.
The robe of this Vacqueyras shines with a beautiful ruby red color with purple reflections. Its expressive and complex nose develops aromas of red fruits and cherry. Its mouth is round, well-balanced with a tannic structure all in smoothness.
A very elegant wine, fresh and fruity perfect to accompany white meat, cold cuts,lamb, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. -
Cairanne
Red 2021This Cairanne is made from plot selections from the most beautiful terroirs of the appellation. The grapes are destemmed and then vinified under controlled temperature for 15 to 20 days. The wine is then aged for 10 to 12 months in concrete tanks to preserve all its fruit.
A wine of great complexity, fruity, well-balanced, round and well-structured by silky tannins that expresses itself with a beautiful long and spicy finish.
An elegant Cairanne, perfect to accompany grilled or roasted meats, game birds and truffles.

Côtes du Rhône
Vieilles Vignes Red 2019Definitely a wine of character that brings together roundness and silkiness. This generous Côtes-du-Rhône “old vine” is the expression of authentic terroirs where the grapes grow under the southern sunshine. It is aged in concrete vats for 6 to 9 months.
An very expressive, rich and complex red wine with a nose of stewed red fruits and spicy notes. Its mouth is fruity, well-structured but supple with a delicate peppery finish.
A generous and fruity Cotes du Rhone, excellent with grilled or roasted meats, lamb, Mediterranean, Oriental and Asian cuisines.

Ventoux
Red 2018This premium Ventoux is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grapes harvested on the foothills of legendary Mount Ventoux benefiting from optimal sunshine.
Aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months, this elegant wine offers a very expressive nose of black fruits with notes of oriental spices and pepper. Its mouth is fruity, unctuous with soft tannins and delicate peppery notes.
This wine is excellent to accompany any dish of grilled or roasted meat, delicatessen and spicy cuisine.

Costières de Nîmes
Red 2021From vineyards planted on soils of rolled pebbles calledsandstone, this wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to keep all its fruit. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
A delicious Costières de Nîmes that offers an expressive nose that develops notes of blackberry jam, black olive and pepper.
Its very fruity and silky mouth is enhanced by a fresh finish of eucalyptus and laurel notes.
This wine is an excellent choice to accompany any grilled meat or spicy cuisine.

Costières de Nîmes
White 2022The Grenache and Roussanne grapes are grown on the rolled pebble soils called sandstone, which are characteristic of the Costières de Nîmes appellation. Harvested at night or early in the morning, the berries are gently pressed before cold fermentation under controlled temperature to preserve all the fruit and freshness. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
A rich and balanced white Costères de Nîmes with a captivating nose of almond, pear in syrup and hints of candied lemon. The palate is full and fruity with a fresh finish.
A perfect wine for aperitif and to accompany white meats, river fish, shellfish and cheeses.

Coteaux du Pont du Gard
Le Rosé des Seigneurs 2022A blend of Grenache gris, Nielluccio and Syrah planted on the southernmost terraces of the Rhône, this rosé combines freshness and expression of fruit with notes of citrus and flowers.
A wine that is both greedy and thirst-quenching, with a supple mouthfeel and a fresh, acidic finish. A perfect rosé for summer aperitifs or to accompany Mediterranean, spicy or Asian cuisine.

Coteaux du Pont du Gard
Red 2021Each grape variety is harvested and vinified separately. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and the fermentation is done under temperature control in stainless steel tanks for two weeks with daily pumping over. The juices are aged separately for 3 months before blending. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 12 months before bottling.
A very pleasant wine to enjoy in its youth with grilled meats or Mediterranean and Asian dishes, or fresh with a dark chocolate dessert.
