Blend of Grenache and Syrah from plot selection, carefully hand picked with a small yield of 25hl/ha. The juice is vinified in wooden vats with long maceration and extraction by gentle punching down. The blend is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and then for another 12 months in concrete tanks and lightly filtered before bottling.

The 12 ha vineyard in organic conversion is located on the gentle slopes overlooking the Rhône. A very well-balanced Cru, a sunny cuvée in which our passion for the terroir and the meticulous work of the Syrah so emblematic of the Northern Rhone Valley is expressed. Vinified in concrete tanks and aged for 12 months in old barrels, our Crozes-Hermitage is ucomplex and elegant wine with a silky mouth that expresses itself through round and melted tannins on a controlled power.

A wine of great complexity, fruity, well-balanced, round and well-structured by silky tannins that expresses itself with a beautiful long and spicy finish.

The grapes are harvested when fully ripe and the fermentation is done under temperature control in stainless steel tanks for two weeks with daily pumping over. The juices are aged separately for 3 months before blending. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 12 months before bottling.
A very pleasant wine to enjoy in its youth with grilled meats or Mediterranean and Asian dishes, or fresh with a dark chocolate dessert.
