In the Middle Ages, Occitania (the southern half of present-day France) was ruled by several noble lords who shared political power. But Occitania is united by a common culture and language. Its culture was glorious and flourishing in this period of prosperity. The Troubadours praise courtly love (fin 'Amor), while the Lenga d'Òc spreads in all the cultivated European circles.
Since Roman times, Occitania (the actual southern half of France) produces a wide variety of wines still recognized and appreciated by international wine lovers.

I am Christophe, founder of Le Sang des Seigneurs. Raised in a family of epicureans, I was introduced to the pleasure of wine and its subtleties at a very early age. For thirty years, through professional adventures that took me to five continents, I have multiplied experiences and encounters around wine and vineyards. I have discovered the riches offered by a plethora of appellations from the old and new worlds. From this passion and this taste patiently developed over the years was born the desire to create a range of pleasure wines Le Sang des Seigneurs. Based in Provence, my work in the cellar and my meetings with talented winemakers have enabled me to create a range of wines with character, lively and gourmet. Each wine aims to bring out the best of the terroirs and southern grape varieties that we carefully blend to find the gourmet balance of wines for pleasure.
