Crozes-Hermitage

90 pts Gilbert & Gaillard

The 12 ha vineyard in organic conversion is located on the gentle slopes overlooking the Rhône. A very well-balanced Cru, a sunny cuvée in which our passion for the terroir and the meticulous work of the Syrah so emblematic of the Northern Rhone Valley is expressed. Vinified in concrete tanks and aged for 12 months in old barrels, our Crozes-Hermitage is ucomplex and elegant wine with a silky mouth that expresses itself through round and melted tannins on a controlled power.

An elegant wine with character, perfect for Mediterranean, spicy, Oriental and Asian cuisine.

"Intense purple color. Attractive nose revealing red fruit, violets, spicy and toasty notes , a touch of bacon. Suave and rich on the palate, generously deploying its range in a highly harmonious construction. Already a delight, but it's worth waiting for."(Gilbert & Gaillard 2023)
