92 pts Gilbert & Gaillard

Blend of Grenache and Syrah from plot selection, carefully hand picked with a small yield of 25hl/ha. The juice is vinified in wooden vats with long maceration and extraction by gentle punching down. The blend is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and then for another 12 months in concrete tanks and lightly filtered before bottling.

A wine to be kept or enjoyed young, perfect for grilled or braised red meats, game and bull meat.
