Le Sang des Seigneurs
In the Middle Ages, Occitania (the southern half of present-day France) was ruled by several noble lords who shared political power. But Occitania was united by a common culture and language.
This Cairanne is made from plot selections from the most beautiful terroirs of the appellation. The grapes are destemmed and then vinified under controlled temperature for 15 to 20 days. The wine is then aged for 10 to 12 months in concrete tanks to preserve all its fruit.
A wine of great complexity, fruity, well-balanced, round and well-structured by silky tannins that expresses itself with a beautiful long and spicy finish.
An elegant Cairanne, perfect to accompany grilled or roasted meats, game birds and truffles.
