In the Middle Ages, Occitania (the southern half of present-day France) was ruled by several noble lords who shared political power. But Occitania was united by a common culture and language.
From vineyards planted on soils of rolled pebbles calledsandstone, this wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to keep all its fruit. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in stainless steel tanks.
A delicious Costières de Nîmes that offers an expressive nose that develops notes of blackberry jam, black olive and pepper.
Its very fruity and silky mouth is enhanced by a fresh finish of eucalyptus and laurel notes.
This wine is an excellent choice to accompany any grilled meat or spicy cuisine.
