In the Middle Ages, Occitania (the southern half of present-day France) was ruled by several noble lords who shared political power. But Occitania was united by a common culture and language.
This premium Ventoux is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grapes harvested on the foothills of legendary Mount Ventoux benefiting from optimal sunshine.
Aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months, this elegant wine offers a very expressive nose of black fruits with notes of oriental spices and pepper. Its mouth is fruity, unctuous with soft tannins and delicate peppery notes.
This wine is excellent to accompany any dish of grilled or roasted meat, delicatessen and spicy cuisine.
