Le Sang des Seigneurs
In the Middle Ages, Occitania (the southern half of present-day France) was ruled by several noble lords who shared political power. But Occitania was united by a common culture and language.
Definitely a wine of character that brings together roundness and silkiness. This generous Côtes-du-Rhône “old vine” is the expression of authentic terroirs where the grapes grow under the southern sunshine. It is aged in concrete vats for 6 to 9 months.
An very expressive, rich and complex red wine with a nose of stewed red fruits and spicy notes. Its mouth is fruity, well-structured but supple with a delicate peppery finish.
A generous and fruity Cotes du Rhone, excellent with grilled or roasted meats, lamb, Mediterranean, Oriental and Asian cuisines.
